Tami Dyer - Office Manager

Tami has been working with Dr Dyer for 16 years. She has been the office manager for 10 in this practice.

She has a degree in Marketing and Sales from Weber State University in Ogden Utah. She worked prior to dentistry in the Human Resources field in banking. She has also worked with entrepreneurs in the field of Property Management.

Dr. Dyer and Tami have been married for over 25 years. She loves working close with her husband. She says, "He is a just a great person." They have 3 kids and a dachshund dog named Dakota.

She loves the patients. She is happy to work P/T in the office. She enjoys talking with patients and dealing with insurance companies. She can do almost anything in the front office. Tami states, " Oh, work is fun .. because I make it fun. "

Alicyn Grow - Patient Coordinator/ Finance & Insurance Specialist

Alicyn has been working for Dr. Dyer as the Patient Coordinator/ Finance & Insurance Specialist since 2015. She also worked for Dr. Dyer back in 2010 as an intern while completing her undergraduate degree.

Alicyn graduated from Southern Utah University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.

Alicyn met her husband, Matt, while attending SUU and were married in Washington D.C. in 2012. Alicyn and Matt lived in Northern Virginia before moving to Texas in 2015.

Alicyn loves working at Dr. Dyer's office because of all the wonderful opportunities it has offered and because she enjoys working with the patients and the wonderful staff.

Nicole Hallett -

Patient Coordinator/ Media & Marketing

Nicole has been working as a patient coordinator/media & marketing since November 2021.

Nicole is originally from Carlsbad, California and moved to Texas in the Summer of 2016. Nicole attended Brigham Young University -Idaho and graduated in 2021.

Nicole is the youngest of 5 kids in her family and has all older brothers. They are all very musical and can quote movies in any social situation. In Nicole's spare time she likes to read, snowboard, sing & listen to music and spend time with friends and family.

Nicole's favorite thing about working at Dr. Michael Dyer's office is, "How friendly everyone is here! Always feels good spending the day with the team and our patients."
